Is this a generic template or actually custom?+
It's actually custom. You fill out an intake form after purchase — instruments, strategy, prop firm setup, which modules you want. We build around your answers. Two dashboards are never identical.
What strategy frameworks do you support?+
ICT/Smart Money Concepts and The Strat (Rob Smith) are fully pre-built. If you run your own system, that's a Builder or Pro build — we map your specific rules into the dashboard during the intake process.
How many instruments can I track?+
Base includes 1 instrument. Builder tracks up to 3 instruments. Pro tracks up to 6 instruments. Pro+ is unlimited. Futures (NQ, ES, GC, SI, CL, MNQ, MES), forex, stocks, and options all supported. You choose during intake.
What happens after I purchase?+
You get a link to our intake form immediately. Takes about 5 minutes. We review it personally and send your build spec within 48 hours. Dashboard delivered within 3–7 days after you confirm the spec. You receive your private URL, login credentials, and a walkthrough.
What happens to my data if I cancel or pause?+
Your trade history, analytics, and backtest data are always preserved. If your monthly subscription lapses, live data integrations and module updates pause — but your dashboard stays accessible as long as the $49/yr hosting fee is active. Reactivating your monthly restores everything immediately.
Can I request changes after delivery?+
Yes. Base gets 1 revision round. Builder gets 3 revision rounds. Pro includes 3 months of ongoing enhancements as part of your subscription — swap a module, adjust a layout, add a field. After the enhancement period, revisions are available at a flat rate per request.
Does the dashboard work on mobile?+
Yes — it's a web app that works in any browser on any device. The layout is optimized for desktop since most serious trading happens there, but you can review analytics, check levels, and log trades from your phone or tablet.
What is Pro+?+
Pro+ is our unlisted custom tier for traders who need more than Pro — unlimited modules, unlimited instruments and prop firms, custom domain, your logo in the header, full color scheme, and quarterly enhancement calls. Reach out directly to discuss scope and pricing.
Is there a refund policy?+
Once we've begun the build (after you confirm your build spec), we don't offer refunds on the one-time fee since the work has started. If we haven't confirmed your spec yet, we'll refund in full. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time — you won't be charged again after cancelling.
What exactly do I get with Base?+
A fully custom-built trading dashboard configured for your strategy (ICT or The Strat), your instruments, and your trading rules. Includes trade journal, P&L analytics, equity curve, heatmap calendar, manual backtesting, pre-trade checklist, and key levels board. 12 months of hosting included, then $49/yr.
Why is Base manual entry only?+
Live data feeds require API subscriptions and ongoing maintenance — that's what the monthly fee in Builder and Pro covers. Base is designed to be the most affordable entry point while still giving you the full journaling and analytics infrastructure.
Can I upgrade from Base to Builder later?+
Yes. When you're ready to upgrade, you pay the difference in build fees and start the Builder monthly. Your existing trade data, journal history, and analytics carry over — nothing gets rebuilt from scratch.
What add-on modules can Builder clients choose from?+
Builder clients choose 2 modules from: Daily Bias Module, Session Report Card, Daily Command Center (profit target/max loss/streak/drawdown), News Integration (Forex Factory + Claude API), Setup Signal Alerts, and Instrument Comparison. Prop Firm Tracker, Pre-Session Mindset Check, Post-Session Rule Audit, and Weekly Performance Digest are included automatically.
How does the Prop Firm Tracker work?+
You add up to 3 prop firms plus any live accounts. Each firm has its own panel showing current balance, daily loss limit with how close you are, trailing drawdown gauge, max position size, pass/fail status, and reset countdown. You update it daily — it's a planning tool, not an automated feed.
What does the Weekly Performance Digest include?+
A generated summary card each week: best setup, worst session, win rate trend, week-over-week P&L comparison, mindset score average from your pre-session checks, and rule audit compliance rate. It pulls from data you've already logged — no extra input needed.
What if I want to swap a module later?+
Builder includes 3 revision rounds — one of those can be used to swap a module. After revisions are used, module swaps are available at a flat rate. Pro clients can swap freely during their 3-month enhancement period.
What happens if I stop paying the $99/mo?+
Your dashboard stays live and accessible. Live data integrations, weekly digest emails, and module updates pause until you reactivate. Your full trade history and analytics remain intact. A $49/yr hosting fee keeps your dashboard and data active indefinitely.
What add-on modules can Pro clients choose from?+
Pro clients choose 4 modules from the full library: all 6 Builder modules plus Purge Alert Monitor and Advanced Analytics (which includes instrument comparison, time-of-day heatmap, expectancy, Sharpe ratio, and Kelly criterion). Prop Firm Tracker, Mindset Check, Rule Audit, and Weekly Digest are all included automatically.
What does the Purge Alert Monitor do?+
It monitors your instruments for liquidity sweep conditions — equal highs/lows being approached, prior session highs/lows in range, and institutional purge patterns forming. Alerts surface in your dashboard so you know when to be ready without having to watch charts constantly.
What does customization include?+
Pro customization covers your color scheme (primary accent, background palette), header branding (your handle or name instead of the default), and layout preferences discussed during intake. It does not include a custom domain — that's Pro+. Your dashboard is still hosted at a brickxbrick subdomain.
How do the 3 months of enhancements work?+
From the day your dashboard is delivered, you have 3 months to request enhancements — swap a module, adjust a layout, add a tracking field, change a color, refine a rule in the checklist. Submit requests through your client channel and we turn them around within 48–72 hours. After 3 months, enhancements are available at a flat rate.
What options tools are included in Pro?+
Pro includes live options chain data plus three dedicated options modules — all included automatically, not counted against your 4 module picks:

Contract Picker — input your bias, DTE preference, and max premium budget. Get recommended strikes with breakeven, max profit, max loss, and probability of profit.

Entry Picker — maps your ICT or Strat entry rules to options premium. Gives you an optimal entry zone, stop, and T1/T2 targets expressed in premium terms, not just underlying price.

Contract Analyzer — input any specific contract and get IV vs HV comparison, theta decay projection, delta at current price, and a liquidity check. Helps you decide whether to stay in, exit early, or roll.
When should I consider Pro+ instead of Pro?+
If you need more than 6 instruments, more than 6 prop firms, want a custom domain, want your own logo in the header rather than your handle, or want the full module library without choosing — Pro+ is the right fit. Reach out to discuss your scope before purchasing Pro.
